Digital Products (Books and Courses)
- Upon purchasing any digital product, the customer receives a non-transferable “personal use” license only.
- Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned after downloading, all payments are non-refundable unless a technical defect is proven to prevent access to the product.
Software Projects Execution
- In the “Technical Execution” track, project details, cost, and delivery timelines are agreed upon privately between both parties.
- The client is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the workflows and proprietary tools used by Techllum in project execution.
Disclaimer
- Techllum provides tools and knowledge guides to assist you with automation, but it is not responsible for any losses resulting from the misuse of these tools or incorrect modifications to codes and systems by the client.
- Techllum does not guarantee the continued functionality of third-party tools explained in the books, as those tools are subject to the policies of their respective developing companies.
Amendment of Terms
Techllum reserves the right to update these terms in line with the evolution of the services and products provided, and such amendments shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
